When you call, a real person answers the phone within a few rings. They know what they are doing...they are kind, caring and very good customer service. Available for consultation with ease, faster and so much easier than the large chains. I switched from CVS because when I have questions I can call and the pharmacist is always so easily available. I really appreciate how easy they make it to get answers and make sure prescriptions are ready before making a trip over to pick up. Everything is always ready quickly too. I have been impressed!

We have been using Medical Arts longer then I can remember. My parents went there and all of the staff at Medical Arts have been wonderful in both caring customer service, working through issues with Doctor's Offices and insurance companies, and always have what's needed or have it the next day. I can't imagine having to deal with another pharmacy. Thanks to all of the Medical Arts staff!

The customer service at his Pharmacy is exceptional. Unlike the usual, "provide your last name and birthdate" rushed experience, they were so patient, caring and knowledgeable of the medicine, and it's side effects. letting you know how take it properly and efficiently. It was called in and ready in 15 mins. Such a great experience.
